Apply for tomorrow's opportunity today, with VoltVolt is immediately hiring for Industrial Maintenance Technician in Solon, OH. * Pay/Benefits * Great Company CultureAs a Industrial Maintenance Technician you will: * Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment according to established schedules. * Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with production equipment, including PLC and ACD systems. * Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. * Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production disruptions. * Install and commission new equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards. * Collaborate with production operators and other departments to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment performance. * Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity.The ideal Industrial Maintenance Technician candidate will have: * Symbol identification/wire identification. Ability to read prints, color code (Red, White Black) * Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial setting. * Strong knowledge of PLC and ACD systems, with certifications preferred (e.g., PLC programming certification). * Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. * Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. * Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to work Night shift hours (7pm-7am) on a continuous schedule and resp to emergency calls as needed. . * High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.Pay Rate: $35.75/Hr*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
