Job Summary Reporting to the Design Supervisor, the incumbent will be in charge of his (her) own project of architectural luminaire design, while also leveraging his (her) creative and technical expertise to the entire team. He (She) will also be responsible for providing close guidance to junior designers to ensure the full development of their potential. Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) • Guide the design of new luminaires according to the high design and innovation standards established at Eureka. • Support a small team of junior designers in their creative process and the realization of their projects. • Design decorative architectural luminaires from the initial sketch to production for the specification market. • Create manufacturing, assembly, and installation drawings. • Follow up with suppliers, resolve production-related issues, and liaise with the sales department. • Collaborate on marketing and graphic design projects.
