Draper, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a degreed Industrial Athletic Trainer. The primary responsibilities and minimum qualifications are listed below. Primary Responsibilities Assist employees with industrial and/or office ergonomics and work center analysis. Support employees through wellness programs, ergonomics, body mechanics, industrial sports medicine, physical therapy, safety, injury prevention, and behavioral ergonomics. Plan, coordinate, and supervise all components of workplace injury management and health improvement programs for employees. Assess workplace injuries and evaluate and treat musculoskeletal injuries or illnesses. Provide preventative, therapeutic, emergency, and rehabilitative care. Collect multi-area data reviews and consolidate reports. Partner with management by bringing unsafe conditions and behaviors to management's attention and potentially participating in developing solutions. Help reduce the overall OSHA TRIR rate. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree is preferred. BOC certification. Indiana ATC License. Certified/Licensed AT or PTA. CPER certified. Certified to teach classes is preferred. 2 years' experience in an industrial setting or 5 years' experience in a professional setting. Strong communication skills.
