Are you a compassionate caregiver who thrives on making a positive impact in the lives of others? Are you seeking a part-time, daytime schedule that allows for evenings free? PAI is looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to provide one-on-one support to a nonverbal adult with disabilities in their family home and in the community. Job Title: Individualized Home Supports Professional (Part-time) Location: Saint Paul, MN Hours: Friday or Saturday daytime (3-4 hours per week) Pay Rate: $20/hour + mileage reimbursement Responsibilities: Engage in activities that promote independence, skill development, and community integration. Assist with personal cares and daily living skills. Provide transportation for client in your own vehicle for outings in the community. Maintain a safe and supportive environment. Proactively communicate with the support team, sharing updates, insights, and any concerns related to the individual's well-being and progress.
