Being an integral part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually stunning campaigns both internally and externally across all platforms, playing a pivotal in supporting our business growth. If you are an ambitious and highly creative graphic designer with a key eye for detail and proven track record in delivering impactful cross-channel campaigns, we would love you to be part of our dynamic team! Key responsibilities: Act as the brand guardian for our portfolio, ensuring design consistency across all channels. Lead, develop and execute creative campaigns for diverse audiences, including B2C, B2B, and internal stakeholders. Lead the design of cross-channel campaigns for Uni Homes and group brands. Create and maintain a robust library of brand and campaign assets for use across various channels. Provide insights and ideas for engaging content campaigns, producing high-quality creative aligned with objectives. Work in collaborate with the wider brand and performance marketing teams to take to market visually captivating B2B and B2C campaigns across all channels. Assist with photography and video production and editing for internal and external communications. Stay ahead of trends, best practices, digital advancements, and competitors to enhance the team’s digital design approach. Skills and experience: Impeccable attention to detail. Proven track record of cross-channel creative campaign execution. Positive, can-do attitude with a creative and conceptual mindset. Experience in a digital designer role or similar capacity.
