A company is looking for an In-House Counsel - Americas. Key Responsibilities Support sales teams in the US with contract management and negotiation Create templates and materials for consistent contract risk management Provide legal support for litigation and disputes in the Americas Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial contracts, preferably in tech/SaaS 2+ years of post-qualification experience preferred Experience drafting and negotiating software contracts Ability to navigate differences in US state laws regarding contracts Must reside within Eastern or Central Time Zones and be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
