A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to assist with the onboarding of new clients while providing excellent client service. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent client/advisor experience during the implementation phase of their plan Request and coordinate the collection of necessary data from clients and outside professionals Act as a liaison between clients, advisors, and platform providers during the implementation phase Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two or more years of 401(k) implementation/onboarding experience, or five or more years of relevant experience Ability to manage workload towards weekly goals in a results-only environment Excellent time management and organizational skills High level of critical thinking Coachable and committed to professional development
