A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst to support software deployment and customer service in the National Employee Benefits Technology Department. Key Responsibilities Create and configure customer websites using third-party software Test and audit software configurations to ensure proper functionality Provide customer support and troubleshoot routine issues for accounts Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Proficient with MS Office Suite Experience working with database applications Exceptional telephone demeanor Strong interpersonal skills
