1Source, an Examinetics company, is looking for a full-time Implementation Administrator to join our team! This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the on-boarding of programs and services for client companies. This role requires strong multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure that on-boarding is completed on time and within scope. Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills. Benefits: $19.25/hour Health, Vision, Dental 401K Accrue up to 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) Primary Responsibilities: Administer the on-boarding process for new client companies Implement new services and programs for existing client companies Maintain and update accounts and programs for client companies Conduct on-boarding and portal training Track implementation progress and adjust as needed Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during implementation process Facilitate communication between departments, clients and vendors Prepare and present regular updates on project status to senior management. Job Requirements: Education/Employment: Experience sorting, filtering, and basic formulas in Excel Experience creating Powerpoints Skills and Abilities: Must be flexible and able to function in an environment with change Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively alone and with a team Preferred: Preferred experience with CRM systems Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field 2+ years relevant work experience in administration, project management, implementation roles or related roles preferred About Examinetics Examinetics is the leading Workforce Health provider, serving clients nationwide.
