The ideal candidate will have a robust background in advising corporate clients and handling various immigration petitions and compliance issues.DutiesProvide strategic counsel to corporate clients on diverse business immigration issues.Represent clients before government agencies such as USCIS, DOL, and DOS, managing petitions and applications.Litigate appeals and oversee compliance matters for corporate clients.Demonstrate expertise in handling a variety of immigration categories, including H-1B, L-1, O-1A, E1/E2, NIW, EB-1A, and EB-5.Maintain and grow a portable book of business, engaging with corporate entities, startups, universities, hospitals, and other organizations.RequirementsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a highly regarded law school.Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate immigration law at an AmLaw 100 firm.EducationJ.D. from an accredited institution with a strong academic background.CertificationsLicensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.SkillsIn-depth knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and policies.Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.This position is located in a dynamic legal environment where the right candidate can make a significant impact.
