At our boutique immigration law firm, you’ll have the resources and support to thrive, including: • Your own office suite with a stunning window view• A dedicated legal assistant and paralegal team to assist with case management and preparation• Flexible scheduling to accommodate personal and professional needs• A collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment • Opportunities for long-term professional development and growth with a growing firm Responsibilities:• Provide legal representation for clients on immigration matters, including court appearances• Conduct client consultations, prepare them for interviews, and coordinate with external agencies• Supervise the work of paralegals, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and document preparation• Draft motions, orders, judgments, and status updates as needed• Maintain client confidentiality and manage case files efficiently Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience Bonus opportunities for top performers Paid Time Off Qualifications:• Juris Doctor degree and admission to practice law in the U.S.• 3+ years of immigration law experience , including family-based immigration cases• Experience with removal defense and litigation in Immigration Court • Prior experience working in a law firm setting • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to manage priorities independently , meet deadlines, and work under pressure Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly About Company: We're a boutique immigration law firm with a huge heart and an even bigger mission.
