Description:
Responsibilities: * Understanding of overall IFS ERP modules and functionalities (Finance, Project Management, Service and Maintenance, Procurement, and HR) * Collaborate with team to improve the business systems * Collaborate with the development team to develop overall solutions and technical design and address functional requirement * Review and validate testing plans and conduct functional user testing to ensure delivered solutions meet functional business requirements * Review documentation and conduct training of end users/stakeholders * Perform support activities based on escalation from the support team * Write and review supporting documentation for the software, such as release notes, help documentation, articles, and features * Actively engage in all aspects of the SDLC process * Other duties as assigned
