A company is looking for an IAM Analyst to join their Access Management Team in a fully remote role. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely resolution of end-user issues, including account access and password resets Document and manage tickets through the ServiceNow platform, ensuring accurate tracking Assist customers with basic technical support, including troubleshooting and navigating applications Required Qualifications: Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and call management platforms (e.g., Avaya) Proficient in basic technical troubleshooting, including web browser navigation and Microsoft Office Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with the ability to manage high-priority tasks Familiarity with network environments and basic IT support functions
