Responsibilities: • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads• Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals• Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads• Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions• Follow the team plan• Set listing and buyer appointments• Execute appointments• Close sales• Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent• Team player• CRM and database mastery• Scripts mastery Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Real estate license or pursuing required• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• A real estate license is required • Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Must live within the office area Compensation: $80,000 - $145,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams - Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
