Facility: These Community Health Centers have been deemed a Federally Qualified Health Center which have 13 clinics spread throughout their outlying counties, serving approximately 50,000 patients a year and employing over 500 members of the community. This organization continually seeks to promote the development of a health care system which meets the needs and enhances the health to all of our members by providing excellent health care and education. Opportunity: Seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a hybrid position. Full-time opportunity requires the candidate to be onsite one week per quarter and the first two weeks of employment EMR is EPIC The provider will be responsible for managing the care of a full panel of patients Candidate must reside in California Compensation: Competitive base salary ($250-295,000) depending on experience with productivity and incentive bonuses. Up to $100,000 sign on/retention, relocation, and full benefits! Ability for high loan repayment as the facility qualifies for the NHSC.
