A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC TECHNICIAN - RESIDENTIAL SERVICE TECH In this role, your day begins with receiving your assignments and heading out to various residential and commercial locations across Orange County. You are responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, providing accurate estimates, and offering tailored solutions to meet each customer's needs. With a focus on professionalism, you maintain clear communication with both customers and your team, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standards. Additionally, you handle invoicing, collect payments, and attend weekly meetings to stay aligned with company goals and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC TECHNICIAN - RESIDENTIAL SERVICE TECH 3+ years of residential experience Ability to diagnose and repair residential air conditioning and heating systems Valid California driver's License Preferred Qualifications: Good driving record WORK SCHEDULE This full-time heating and cooling position works a typical, steady schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
