Responsible for the diagnosis and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Position Responsibilities: Performs diagnosis and repair work on refrigeration, evaporative condensers, ice machines, water pumps, compressors, air handlers, electric motors and HVAC units. Then returns all equipment to proper operating levels with a goal of zero call backs. Performs preventative maintenance on the same equipment as listed above to ensure optimal operating efficiencies and less downtime for the customer. Completes all paperwork in a timely manner. Willingness and ability to travel throughout Eastern MA on an as-needed basis. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by management. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience required Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with customers Demonstrated ability to achieve quality results Strong work ethic, self-motivated and a professional attitude Good driving record and valid State Driver License Ability to be on call on a rotating schedule: nights/weekends/holidays Understands the need for integrity and demonstrates awareness of ethical implicationsin all situations Working Environment: The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those thatmust be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
