Job Description: NSG, Inc. is actively seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team for a full-time position at a large commercial office facility in Blue Ash, OH. The ideal candidate will showcase expertise in a variety of trade skills, with a primary focus on HVAC systems, and possess 5 years of commercial maintenance experience. Key Responsibilities: Mastered trade skills in working with air and water-cooled chillers, gas-fired low-pressure boilers, pneumatic control systems, air handlers, pumps, cooling towers, sprinkler wet and dry systems, and other HVAC equipment. Maintain and repair electrical panels, wiring, outlets, lights, ballasts, commercial plumbing, pumps, valves, and perform basic carpentry tasks. Demonstrate general computer skills for record-keeping and communication. Work independently and provide direction to others as needed. Hold a valid Driver's License. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 5 years of commercial maintenance experience. Expertise in HVAC systems and general maintenance. Familiarity with electrical and plumbing systems. Basic carpentry skills. Strong computer skills. Ability to work independently and provide guidance to others. Valid Driver's License. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (40 Hours Per Week). On-call rotation for weekends. Compensation: $28-30 per hour. Weekly pay every Friday.
