HVAC Lead installer $1500 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR QUALIFIED APPLICANTS Gorjanc Home Services is a local, family-owned business with over 60 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. Job Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high quality and timely job performance. Pay Range: $25.00/hr.-$35.00/hr.- Depending on Experience Benefits: Medical Insurance: We cover 75% of your premiums Vision, Dental, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement program with a company match Paid Time Off to recharge on holidays and vacations iPhone, iPad & integrated software A family environment with company outings No On CALL Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Pass a drug screen and physical Possess basic hand tools Demonstrate willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given Demonstrated organizational skills: site paperwork, job costing information, material lists, etc. Physical Demands: Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor, including lifting heavy objects, up to 70 lbs. Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold Must be able to climb up and down a ladder multiple times a day lead installer, install jobs, hvac install, journeyman installer
