University City Housing is seeking an experienced and proactive HVAC & Heating and Cooling Technician to join our crew at a well-established large apartment community located in Bensalem. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, hardworking and has previous HVAC experience.The HVAC & Heating and Cooling Technician will be involved in both the interior and exterior maintenance of our properties to ensure the companies' assets are protected.
