Your daily routine will include inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems for residential customers across the Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire and leading them to informed and confident buying decisions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Use your HVAC mastery to diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems. Guide customers to intelligent, informed choices that maximize their home comfort and meet their unique needs. Build strong customer relationships for sales success. Complete all general HVAC in-home service calls. Get HVAC systems running again by asking the right customer lifestyle questions to fix their heating and cooling woes. Offer finance options and maintenance plans like a pro. Upgrade aging, inefficient, or underperforming systems for efficiency. Meet (or exceed!) revenue goals with expert service. Shine as a professional to build our clientele, including new referrals and repeat business. Collaborate with our customer service and dispatch experts to achieve business success. Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and inventoried Never stop learning, growing, and sharing knowledge by participating in training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows, and company retreats. Mentor and train apprentices to provide expertise for repairs and installations and superb customer service Handle invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and summary of findings and options sheets efficiently. Do whatever else it takes to help your team succeed. Desired Skills and Experience Seeking a heatwave hero and a frostbite fighter Licensed and savvy with local HVAC codes, turning on-the-job know-how into action Proven track record in drawing simple diagrams, reading blueprints and other diagrams for heating and cooling systems Committed to continual learning to earn NATE certification Organization ninja with follow-through superpowers Strong verbal and written communication Integrity is your middle name, and you have a knack for building strong connections with customers A solo superstar with a passion for team triumphs!
