In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the continued functionality and comfort of various HVAC systems within our diverse property portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Excellence: Perform scheduled HVAC maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and address HVAC issues promptly, implementing effective solutions to maximise efficiency and comfort. Repairs and Upgrades: Execute necessary HVAC repairs and system upgrades in compliance with safety regulations.
