A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC - COMFORT SALES ADVISOR In this customer service position, you meet directly with our customers to give them a rundown of our services and systems. You maintain an expert knowledge about our products and services and drive profitability through in-home sales. Highly organized, you schedule sales appointments according to your availability. When you arrive at a customer's house, you greet them cheerfully. You ask them about their heating and cooling needs and conduct a thorough inspection of both the interior and exterior of the client's property. Then, you make sales presentations to pitch potential systems to the customer. After deals are closed, you have the client fill out the necessary paperwork. You love working with our customers and take pride in meeting your sales goals! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC - COMFORT SALES ADVISOR Valid driver's license and insurable driving record In home sales in construction / HVAC or similar industry Able to consult with customers in their homes Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and some Adobe Acrobat Proficient with computers skills Basic prior knowledge of general building methods, insulation, HVAC, and energy-efficient upgrades Excellent communication, customer service and follow-up skills! Ability to adapt to different personalities and listen, SALES come from listening to the customer and SOLVING their problems Ability to handle objections Able to physically crawl in tight spaces, specifically in hot attics, for about 15-20 minutes at a time, 2-3 times per day Able to lift up to 50 lbs. several times per day Service Titan knowledge preferred but not required Do you present yourself professionally? Are you punctual and reliable? Do you work well independently and as part of a team? Are you a skilled communicator? Can you explain technical things in layman's terms? Are you a good problem solver? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position! WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN HVAC - COMFORT SALES ADVISOR This heating and cooling position is full-time.
