Qualified candidates will have a clean driving record, pass a drug screen and background check, and have the ability to use basic tools. What We Have to Offer / Benefits: Medical insurance with 3 plan options including HSA Dental & vision insurance 5 Paid vacation days (40 hours) after 6 months; 10 days after 1 year (80 hours) 5 Paid sick days 6 Paid holidays 401K with 3% company match Short/Long-term disability insurance Life insurance Tool assistance Growth and advancement opportunities Company paid training and continuing education Employee appreciation events - 2 per year Team events Position: HVAC Apprentice Pay: Earning potential $40,000 -55,000/year hourly + SPIFFs Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm, some overtime and occasional weekends as needed What You Will Be Doing: Residential retrofit / changeout installations Working with a lead installer Customer service Brazing & soldering Installing duct work and registers Hands on training for EPA and NATE Certifications Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Completion of HVAC Certification through trade school desired Strong mechanical skills Experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other trades preferred Desire and commitment to learn and improve Must be comfortable climbing ladders and handling heights Working in attics and crawl spaces Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. apprentice, install, HVAC, labor, helper, construction, air conditioning, AC, A/C, heating, furnace, heat pump, entry level, installer, install job, entry level job
