Job Description Reporting to the Director, Human Resources Operations, the Bilingual Human Resources Service Centre Manager is a national role that is responsible for all HR Operations Service Centre tickets and managing all HR activities within the Human Resources Information System related to quality, consistency, standardization, and service level agreements. This role is also responsible to identify and support process improvement activities within HR Systems. Job Responsibilities • Manages the day to day activities and leads all HR Specialists of the HR Service Centre by ensuring the quality, consistency and standardization of HR Cases are fulfilled within the service level agreement timeframes for Canada. • Manages process improvement, system defects and enhancements of the HRIS and HR Service Centre • Ensures excellent customer service is maintained • Oversees the HR Portal to ensure proper functionality while also making process improvement changes to enhance the HR Portal and simplify for the end user. • Investigates and resolves errors or logic within HR systems (SAP, Kronos, my Pay, Service Now) • Supports all Kronos time and attendance inquiries for Salaried employees, including time away from work, vacation and sick banks • Supports Kronos is set up correctly for salaried new hires, terminations, changes to Employee Profiles (i. e. standard hours) • Leads all support and guidance to front line managers through the HR Service Centre in all areas of HR by following defined HR policies and processes • Provides training and support to QC for all HRIS and Service Centre inquiries • Works with QC and US Partners to ensure HRIS and HR Portal are properly translated in French • Review all Involuntary Terminations to ensure correct costing, letters, and accuracy. • Leads Work Permit process and ensures current work permits and copies are in place. • Review and analyze People Data in Human Resources Information System • Provide general.
