Role: HR Manager - Distribution Centers Pay: Up to $110K + Bonus Location: Avenel, NJ (some travel might be required) What You'll Do: Lead HR operations across multiple distribution centers, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, benefits, and compliance. Manage and develop a team of HR Business Partners to ensure effective onboarding, performance management, and training. Collaborate with internal departments and temporary agencies to fill open positions and maintain compliance. Foster a positive workplace culture by resolving employee issues and supporting engagement initiatives. What We're Looking For: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in warehouse/production settings. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred; PHR certification a plus. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team. Flexibility to work varied hours (including some early mornings/late nights). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Why DHL?
