Position Summary: The HR Manager’s role is to oversee and direct the organization’s HR operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with regulations. This role requires strategic leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment. The HR Manager will manage key areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration, while also leading workforce planning and professional development programs. This position demands excellent communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a dynamic environment. Professional Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience. Minimum of seven years of progressive HR Management experience. Proficiency with HR and benefit systems (i.e. Paylocity, ADP, Principal, Benefitmall, etc.). Core Functions: Oversee and manage the full scope of HR operations, including employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to foster a positive work environment and support organizational growth. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, providing guidance on complex HR issues and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices. Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts, collaborating with leadership to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to address them. Manage payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies. Design and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth. Serve as a key liaison between management and employees, facilitating communication, addressing concerns, and fostering a culture of engagement and productivity. Oversee the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance across the organization. Utilize data analytics and HR metrics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR strategies and programs. Drive change management initiatives and lead HR projects that support the organization’s goals and adapt to evolving business needs. Core Competencies: Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams and individuals to achieve organizational goals. Proficient in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. Strong analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and implement effective action plans. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Ability to build strong relationships, promote collaboration, and foster a positive work environment. Committed to maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating high ethical standards. Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines efficiently. Flexibility to respond to changing business needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
