Human Resources Manager Job Summary: They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. A strong candidate would possess excellent project management skills, be comfortable with teamwork/collaboration, and be comfortable using various HR systems including HRIS, ATS, and Excel. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Leave of Absence, Workers' Compensation, and ADA accommodations. The Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in driving business success through effective teamwork, collaboration, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations Lead the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees Oversee leave of absence administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws Coordinate workers' compensation claims and facilitate return-to-work programs Manage ADA accommodations process in collaboration with employees and managers Drive impactful HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives Utilize HRIS, ATS, Excel, SharePoint, and other systems to maintain accurate employee records and generate reports as needed Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration across departments Provide strategic HR support and guidance to business leaders as a trusted business partner Deliver exceptional customer service to employees at all levels of the organization Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven track record of successful project management and driving impactful HR initiatives Proficiency in using HRIS, ATS, Excel, SharePoint, and other HR systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Exceptional customer service mindset with a focus on delivering results Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred Powered by JazzHR
