YOUR TEAM You will be an integral part of the Culture & Workforce Development organization, a global team responsible for delivering impactful talent programs, learning and development for all 100k+ employees at SAP. WHAT YOU WILL DO We are looking for a senior expert in people/talent development, with proven experience in performance management to play a critical role in the refresh of our performance management approach at SAP. In this key position, you will work closely with the Global Head of Talent Management to implement a refreshed performance management process and drive the implementation on a global scale together with a team of experts. As a thought leader in performance management, you will engage with C-Level executives to provide strategic insights and subject matter expertise. WHAT YOU BRING Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing, building, and overseeing the roll-out of HR Performance Management processes in a multinational environment in a large matrixed company environment. E2E Performance Management expertise: Strategy – Execution (not just execution/roll-out). Proven expertise in people and talent development in large scale companies with demonstrated success in designing and executing talent development strategies. Deep knowledge of HR industry best practices and emerging market trends with the ability to translate them into actionable strategies. Experience in validating HR concepts with legal teams, and experience with works councils is an advantage. Proficiency in handling complex HR performance related topics and developing innovative solutions. Track record of successfully managing cross-functional, complex projects within a multinational environment Advanced communication skills, particularly in engaging with C-level executives and crafting senior level communications. EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS Master’s degree or MBA or equivalent graduate level degree highly preferred Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 5+ years professional experience as a performance management expert with multinational companies or top-tier consulting firms Minimum of 5+ years' professional experience in leading strategic transformation programs with senior stakeholders, from strategy to execution Fluency in English is essential ​ Bring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively. Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 141800 - 323900(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
