Tudor Oaks is looking for a Human Resources Generalist! Do you have a few years of HR experience under your belt, but looking to grow as an HR Professional? This is a great position for you; as our HR Director is here to mentor and help grow the candidate for the position! As the Human Resource Generalist at Tudor Oaks , you'll perform a critical role in all phases of Human Resources activities. You'll maintain knowledge of legal requirements and regulations affecting human resource functions, while ensuring policies, procedures, and reporting are compliant. You'll help to maintain records for benefit plans, assist with employee training, assist with administering the employee performance review program to ensure effectiveness and compliance. Also, the HR Generalist, will assist the community and the ABHM Talent Manager with the recruitment process of the Tudor Oaks community including interviewing when needed, onboarding functions, and new hire paperwork. Starting pay $23.00/hr and up, based on experience Full benefits package including generous PTO accrual, Employer retirement savings match, Tuition Reimbursement We appreciate our employees, and we like to celebrate! What You Need: Associates degree in business or human resources; or equivalent Human Resources work experience Prior HR experience in a healthcare setting preferred Superb oral and written communications skills to effectively communicate at all levels Excellent interpersonal, management, conflict resolution, time management and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Maintain a positive atmosphere while developing and maintaining relationships within the organization and in the community Who We Are: At Tudor Oaks, we're not just a place to work....
