As HR Consultant you will be each schools trusted ally, craft bespoke HR services to fulfil each schools need. You will foster close relationships with schools, ensuring a personalised touch that is prompt, effective, and empathetic. By handling complex HR issues, you will liberate school leaders to concentrate on the core task of nurturing their educational institutions. Provide Guiding Excellence The team offers professional, amicable, and timely advice to school leaders on all HR and employment law: related matters. Navigating schools through intricate change management processes, including workforce planning, restructuring, redundancy, TUPE, and retirement. Moreover, you will provide expert support for disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, and sickness issues. We understand that HR is just one piece of the puzzle. Our collaboration extends beyond HR; we partner seamlessly with Legal Services, Finance, Occupational Health, and Childrens Services (Safeguarding) to deliver a comprehensive and expert response to our clients needs.
