RESPONSIBILITIES As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing, recruiting, benefits enrollment, new hire orientation and handling employee inquiries. This is a generalist role with varied responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. These varied responsibilities include reporting, maintain the Human Resources intranet page(s), assist in the administration of the 401(k) plan, HR recordkeeping and Workers Compensation. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, or equivalent years of experience is required. A minimum of 3-5 years relevant Human Resources experience required. Prior payroll processing experience; ADP experience preferred. Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to handle multiple priorities and a fast-paced environment , while maintaining confidentiality Please be advised that credit, criminal, employment, and education background checks are conducted on potential candidates.
