EOEHuman Resources Coordinator job duties include, but are not limited to:- District Human Resources/Payroll services for approximately 100 employees.- Screen applicants and work with administration to make hiring decisions.- Provide new employees with benefit information and ongoing support.- Administer the district's health, life, and long-term disability insurance plans.- Monitor compliance with laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to HR operations.- Manage OSHA compliance and other employee safety activities.- Coordinate and/or performs multiple payroll functions, including creating, reviewing and submitting payroll files.- Prepare school board agendas, attend school board meetings.- Oversee the preparation and submission of reports required by federal and state law.- General office duties.- Other duties as assigned. recblid 3d1wnguxybhcuac7o1qwqrilahi5pw
