To learn more about us and the people we serve go to www. traverseindependence. ca Job Overview Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Coordinator will be responsible for: Back up for payroll and benefits Recruitment, including applicant screening, interviewing, offers of employment, new hire set ups and orientation Maintaining centralized training database and coordination of scheduled training Acting as liaison for WSIB claims Oversight of individual employee return-to-work plans for both work related and non-work related injuries Preparing and posting both internal and external job postings Support of senior team around labour/management requirements All other duties as assigned Requirements Post-Secondary School graduate with a minimum of a Certified Human Resources Professional designation (CHRP),.
