Reporting to the Head, People, North America , the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as the main point of contact for employees and managers, providing mentorship on the people management aspects of the business. The role proactively supports the delivery of HR programs and processes, as well as contributes to global projects to support operations within the business unit.
