We are seeking Human Resources Administrator in Belfast. The hours of work are 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday with a rate of pay of £18.53 per hour. Responsibilities: - Assist with the administration of various HR programs and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. - Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and trainings. - Assist with the preparation of HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policies. - Conduct data entry and generate reports as needed. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. - Manage social media accounts related to HR activities. What we need from you: - Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficient in data entry and report generation. - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with social media management for HR purposes.
