Consolidated Human Resources (“CHR”) is excited to announce an opening for the position of Human Resource Administrator . We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and experienced professional to join our dynamic Human Resources team.As a Human Resource Administrator at CHR, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions and contributing to the growth and success of our organization and clients. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews Must be able to offer flexible hours of service whenever the client demands requiring such, and when advance notice is afforded to make such arrangements Managing onboarding and offboarding processes Maintaining and updating employee records in compliance with various federal, state and local regulations Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures for various clients Facilitating employee relations and addressing employee queries and concerns Overseeing performance management and assisting with employee evaluations Conducting training sessions on HR-related topics Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or any professional setting Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform the essential duties and responsibilities on an individual basis most of the time and, with minimal supervision.
