A company is looking for an HRIS IT Business Analyst to administer its Workday system. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Workday system, including configuration and automation of business processes Collaborate with the Workday team to prepare for testing, including creating test plans and conducting end-to-end testing Ensure data sharing and transparency between HR, IT, and Finance, while documenting integrations and their impact on business processes Required Qualifications College diploma or university degree in computer science or 5 years equivalent work experience 2-3 years of experience working with Workday Strong understanding of Workday features and functionality Experience with implementing large-scale technology projects Proven analytical abilities and experience generating documentation and reports
