A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to lead the HRIS team in automating and optimizing core HR processes. Key Responsibilities Audit data collection, verification, and analysis Develop and maintain HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance Process international payrolls and serve as the HR point of contact for HRIS or payroll-related requests Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field HR support experience, including the employee life cycle from onboarding to retirement Solid work experience with HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity International payroll processing experience preferred HRIP, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
