Key Responsibilities: Support HRIS/HRMS tools, specifically Workday HCM and Payroll Assist in global Payroll implementation and system configuration Propose process improvements and implement new Workday enhancements Required Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in Workday configuration and custom report creation Proven expertise in Workday Payroll configurations and data integrity Solid foundation in payroll processing Strong Excel and data management experience Experience with implementing and maintaining data quality controls
