HRBP Expert, US Development The HRBP is a strategic partner to the respective Development client groups in the Americas, and reports to the HR Business Partner Lead, US Development. This role will provide HR consulting, support and services in alignment with SAP People & Organization Strategies. The HRBP will partner with Global senior leaders in the region to develop and drive the People Strategy by leveraging a community of COEs and HRBPs to efficiently deliver and scale solutions as 1 Team. The HRBP will focus on simplification, standardization and consumer satisfaction for a best in class consumer background through disruptive thinking, empathy, continuously challenging status quo to nurture a culture of innovation. In this role you will consult, align, coach and drive the people strategy with global senior leaders within SAP Development organization while providing continual consultation to the senior leadership team on leadership, management, organization and 2018 people priorities. As a trusted advisor you will collaborate with the Business, Finance, Operations and the Global HR Service Delivery / Recruiting / Centers of Excellence orgs in order to execute against both the Business Strategy and the People Strategy leveraging SAPs 1 Team of HR programs and specialists to bring best-in-class consumer background to bear on igned client LOBs. HRBP OF THE FUTURE (Starts Today): 1. _HR Strategist_ : Help shape the future by partnering with client leaders to answer the question: Where are we going? 2. _Execution-oriented Business Transformation Consultant:_ Will make things happen. HRBP Executors will translate strategy into action. They improve attraction, development, retention and engagement offerings to help their clients do the same. They focus on getting things done. 3. _Team & Organizational Development expert:_ Who are the right people for clients organization? Leaders that optimize todays talent are referred to as _talent managers_ . They understand what skills are required to carry out their mission, and they know how to attract the right talent to their organization. 4. _Workforce Planning & Insights Leader:_ Who stays and sustains the next generation? This HRBP must partner with leaders to become _human capital developers_ . They will ensure longterm leadership development and focus on uring the growth and progress of their organization. They can spot future talent and understand how to develop those who possess it. 5. _Invest in Yourself:_ HRBPs are learners and learn from their successes and from failures, they read books, participate in SAP Learning offerings and learn from life itself. Effective HRBPs inspire loyalty and goodwill in their clients because they themselves act with integrity and trust. They are decisive and have a passion for making bold and courageous moves. REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES : Provides strategic HR consulting, support and services to SAP Development US teams in alignment with SAPs business strategy and their People & Organization Strategy. Acts as a trusted advisor on all strategic people and organizational related topics, with a strong focus on Talent, Organization Development & Effectiveness, Business Transformation as well as Leadership and People Sustainability. Provides thought-leadership, acts as culture change steward and contributes to enhancement of talent management and leadership capabilities. Handles sensitive matters, in addition to acting as a coach/counsel to employees and managers in highly confidential or complex situations. Champions our 2018 HR Run Simple model and our SuccessMaps Cloud solution for sustainable client adoption, development and growth. WORK EXPERENCE & SKILLS: HR Bachelors degree or related diploma/certificate eight plus years of HRBP background in a high-growth, fast-paced, and changing environment ideally in high tech Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high level of personal integrity Expertise to work well under pressure, deal with ambiguity and highly adaptable. Expertise to work in highly complex structures and environments as well with high flexibility, being able to work in a virtual and global environment.
