Hales Group are recruiting for an experienced HR professional to join our client based in Lowestoft. This is a stand: alone role, continuing to develop the HR department within the business, and will be great for someone bringing a lot experience and relishing the challenge of taking a role and making it their own. Key responsibilities Assist in the planning, executing, implementing, and subsequent evaluation of a large change management project across the company Providing first line support to staff, ensuring all staff are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner Coordinate the on: boarding process for new starters Ensure that all paper and computer: based records and systems are set up, are effectively updated and accurately maintained. Providing HR support and guidance on all elements of HR, inclusive of recruitment, performance management, drafting contracts and policies and procedures Manage employee relations casework such as absence management, discipline, grievance always with sensitivity and fairness Experience and skills Extensive HR Generalist experience including recruitment and relevant employment law Knowledge of the energy sector advantageous but not essential Experience in change management would be beneficial CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it LOCATION: Lowestoft, with occasional business travel with the UK and Netherlands DURATION: Permanent PAY: Salary is negotiable depending on experience HOURS: Monday to Friday / Full: Time BENEFITS: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, cycle: to: work and electric vehicle scheme, private medical and death in service benefit (subject to minimum term of employment).
