Job Description The HR & Payroll Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service to employees, managers, and the HR community in response to inquiries related to a broad range of HR-related topics, including but not limited to HR policy, staffing, benefits, and performance management. Hourly eligible benefits vary by location and are subject to any legal requirements or limitations, employee eligibility status, and where the employee lives and/or works.​​ COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.00 to $24.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Work Setting: This is a hybrid role. It is expected that the HR & Payroll Coordinator is on property, at Lake Quinault Lodge, at least two days a week. They may work remotely for the other three days. Timeline: This is a full-time, 10 month position, typically running from March to January of the next year. It starts ASAP. Job Responsibilities • Provide excellent customer service in response to phone and online inquiries from employees and managers. • Resolve inquiries by accessing information in multiple HR systems. • Triage general inquiries to ensure accurate work category is assigned. • Raise more sophisticated issues to manager, myHR or the appropriate COE for advanced support and follow-up as the need arises. • Process transactions by collecting required information or backup documentation from the employee, manager, or HR. • Respond to phone or online help requests on navigating the HR Portal and other HR-related systems. • Facilitate in onboarding coordination for approximately 350 employees across 5 properties • Manage workload efficiently to fulfill commitments in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs) • This role will perform administrative, transactional, and data / records management activities in support of HR and payroll, including processing life-cycle transactions such as onboarding, status change, compensation, separations, etc. Under the general supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the HR & Payroll Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the total payroll function This position is responsible for gathering, reviewing, analyzing, correcting, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of payroll data and compliance with applicable rules and policies.
