PIPECARE Group of Companies – the leading provider of inline inspection services in Oil&Gas field - is looking for the HR Manager for Canada/USA/Latin Americas regions to join our Team in Calgary, AB, Canada. Human Resource Manager will have overall responsibility for development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures as well as ensuring their compliance with the local labor laws for accountable region (Canada, USA, Latin America); will provide guidance and support to Corporate Office and regional offices in implementation of human resources plans, performance management, training and development. S/he will provide a range of human resource management services including recruitment and induction, salary and benefits administration, employee relations and welfare services, as well as support PIPECARE Group organizational development initiatives. We consider the candidates with the international exposure only. Main duties and responsibilities: Implement corporate company policies and procedures. Manage the recruitment, selection and placement process for the assigned territory. Oversee induction, orientation and on-boarding of new employees. Oversee skills management, training and development concerns. Oversee office facility and administrative requirements. Deliver disciplinary action procedures and recommend appropriate corrective measures as per corporate procedures and in accordance with the local labor legislation. Handle performance management issues and ensure due diligence in conducting performance appraisals of permanent and probation employees on the assigned territory. Manage employee relations concerns. Responsible for the smooth and timely delivery of services relating to HR and administrative management. Responsible for developing new programs and services related to employee management.
