Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with business leaders to align talent strategy with firm operations Coach leaders on career growth, performance management, and succession planning Advise on employee relations, compliance, and performance issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field HR Certification or advanced degree in Human Resources or related field 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a related role Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles and relevant laws and regulations Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices
