A company is looking for an HR Governance and Policy Associate responsible for maintaining and updating the Employee Handbook and ensuring compliance with HR-related legislative changes. Key Responsibilities Monitor federal, state, and local employment laws for changes affecting HR policies Assist in the development and implementation of new HR policies and conduct policy audits Maintain compliance with EEO and other reporting requirements while coordinating audits Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, or English 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar field Strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
