As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for: Administering compensation and benefit plans. Handling the full-cycle recruitment process, developing job requisitions, placing employment ads, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and preparing and presenting offer letters. Facilitating the new hire onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory training requirements, and helping new employees integrate smoothly into the organization. Ensuring consistent interpretation and application of human resources policies, procedures and programs across the organization as prescribed by RENK. Sourcing, developing and providing both regulatory and specific training as required both departmentally and company-wide. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system. Leading the performance management process along with the senior management. Gathering, analyzing and reporting data with useful HR metrics to senior management. Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. Interfacing with RENK’s legal team for HR-related matters. Performing other assigned duties that directly contribute to the overall success of HR and the organization.
