Purpose of the role The HR Director assumes a strategic leadership role, overseeing the entire spectrum of human resources functions within the organization. In this pivotal position, the HR Director is dedicated to constructing, nurturing, and sustaining a robust Human Resources framework. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with overall business objectives. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, the HR Director ensures effective workforce management, covering talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with relevant employment laws. Due to the dynamic nature of the role, travel is required, primarily in the London and Southeast Region. Although the position operates on a hybrid model, regular on-site presence is essential. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives. Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters. Ensure the organisational structure uses development principles most appropriate to support future growth.
