The Role: Job Title: HR Consultant Salary: GBP40,000 : GBP48,000 per annum Location: London Central : Hybrid working (3 days in) following training What would I be doing day to day? Work alongside 4 dedicated HR Consultants, Join a team where your role will be to support and provide HR solutions to an array of clients across Charity, NFP and Corporate industries. HR Services: Support clients on and off site to manage their HR function. Provide clear, concise and compliant advice on a range of HR topics Undertake HR audits and reviews to determine clients current HR risks and liabilities Review, backss and update client documentation including policies and procedures, contractual documentation etc Undertake specific projects for clients ie; HR processes and statutory requirements, recruitment, grievances, disciplinary matters and redundancy Business Development Consider whether your clients would benefit from additional services offered by the HR consultancy team and wider business support Assist with the marketing of the HR Consultancy service through; presentations, networking and the development and delivery of seminars or presentations What is the company looking for? HR Advisor / HR Consultant experience 3:4 years + HR experience Experience within the Professional or Financial Services industry of medium size (400/500) Experience of providing both verbal and written HR advice and.
