Job Summary As an HR-Recruiting Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding process for prospective employees while adhering to all compliance regulations. This position is temporary and full-time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Managing applications Conducting pre-employment compliance checks Facilitating orientation sessions, filing paperwork Conducting annual compliance follow-ups. Qualifications and Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure to meet deadlines and benchmarks. Possess an outgoing, friendly, and inviting personality to engage effectively with prospective employees and community members. Proficient in completing basic administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail. Demonstrated desire to contribute to the community and assist individuals in pursuing careers in the HHA field. Ability to develop and maintain relationships within the community to enhance recruitment efforts. Fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse range of applicants and community members. Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role is required. General knowledge of home care or experience in HR/compliance, including LOA, unemployment, and workers' compensation, is a plus. Work Environment: On-site Pay Range: The hiring range for this position is $22- $27 per hour.
